Is Your Dogs Safe In Case Something Happens To You !!!!!!
Please click on the Emergency Information Picture to download a form that can be printed, filled-out and attached to your dog crate notifying any first responder on how to handle your dog.
Suggestion: The original form was a two sided document folded in three parts, and inserted into a clear plastic envelope to attach to the crate.
Or, the TRSSCGP sells them at $3.00 each or four for $10.00, and the money is used to support our Rescue Fund.
